Shipping Policy

$10 NZD domestic shipping on all orders within New Zealand.

$30 NZD flat rate on all international orders.

We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 business days once production is complete. An email including the tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

All international orders are shipped via NZ Post. Depending on your country, your package could take anywhere between 5-18 business days to be delivered.

Please keep in mind that we are a small team. If there are any changes to the expected delivery date we will be in touch via email.

Return and Exchange Policy

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pre-ordered pieces as these are made specifically for you and we don’t carry stock. The Oosterom made-to-order model ensures each garment is created with purpose, therefore no returns or refunds are accepted.

If you need any sizing advice, please view the Oosterom size guide. We also offer complimentary tailoring and alterations on all Oosterom pre-order pieces so please get in touch via email if you’d like to utilize this service. Shipping costs for any items returned for alterations are not covered by Oosterom.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item then we are happy to exchange or offer store credit. Please let us know ASAP if this is the case via email studio@oosteromofficial.com Oosterom is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
