We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pre-ordered pieces as these are made specifically for you and we don’t carry stock. The Oosterom made-to-order model ensures each garment is created with purpose, therefore no returns or refunds are accepted.

We also offer complimentary tailoring and alterations on all Oosterom pre-order pieces so please get in touch via email if you’d like to utilize this service. Shipping costs for any items returned for alterations are not covered by Oosterom.
